Statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs-26/10/2024

Algeria strongly condemns and firmly denounces the military attacks conducted once again by the Israeli occupying army against the Islamic Republic of Iran, while expressing its solidarity with the brothers in Iran following this horrible aggression which is as shameless violation of their country’s sovereignty and a blatant violation of the UN Charter and the principles of the international law.

Algeria also underlined the responsibility incumbent upon the international community to restrain the Israeli occupation and halt its multifaceted and full-scale escalation in the Middle East, a region plunged by this occupation in an endless spiral of insecurity and instability.
